•Annette stayed in contact with me and knew what other homes in the neighborhood sold for thus making sure I didn't sell for less than the property was worth. She set up the open house weekend, and when I could not get back over there beforehand, she had the lawn mowed and the house cleaned up some. She negotiated the price between multiple buyers and assisted making sure all the i's were dotted and all the t's were crossed so the paperwork was complete and there wouldn't be any delays in closing. I wasn't looking forward to going through the process of selling the house, but Annette made it really easy. Without any question, I would work with her again.
