•I worked with Annette Klohn over 9 years ago when I was buying my property. At some point during that interaction, she said "I hope one day you'll have the chance to see how hard I will work for you if you were to sell." That stuck with me all these years, and when it came time to sell the same property this year, there wasn't any other person I would consider working with. Annette is dedicated, compassionate, and fully understood what I needed and wanted from this transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better person in my corner to talk me down from a spiral or to do everything they could to negotiate for me on my behalf. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy OR sell. She's 10/10 for me.
