Vannessa's commitment to her work is exemplary. She goes above and beyond to help her clients throughout the entire process. She is a smart, savvy realtor who is polite, friendly and very professional. She not only knows the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant market inside and out, she also knows the best local attorneys, plumbers, landscapers, HVAC companies, etc, which is incredibly helpful for those not familiar with the area. Vannessa listened to our wants and needs, which were often changing, and was able to zero in on the kind of home and neighborhood we were looking to purchase. This 'can do lady' is quick to offer her help and advice at every step along the way. She is very communicative and one who pays attention to detail and follow-up.
