She is a smart, savvy realtor who is polite, friendly and very professional. She not only knows the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant market inside and out, she also knows the best local attorneys, plumbers, landscapers, HVAC companies, etc, which is incredibly helpful for those not familiar with the area. Vannessa listened to our wants and needs, which were often changing, and was able to zero in on the kind of home and neighborhood we were looking to purchase. This 'can do lady' is quick to offer her help and advice at every step along the way. She is very communicative and one who pays attention to detail and follow-up. There were numerous occasions when she went above and beyond what we expected. Even after we closed on our home, Vannessa continued to follow up to ensure our move-in was seamless.
