I had the pleasure of having Genaro as my realtor in the Summer of 2016. Due to his dedication, effort, knowledge and extraordinary interpersonal communication skills, we received a strong offer after our house was on the market for just 13 days, and the sale closed about one month after it was listed on the market. I feel Genaro is unique in that he's a great negotiator while also being very kind & respectful at all times. In addition to his merits as a realtor, he's also a talented professional photographer, so the photographs of the house as well as the way he presented them in the online listing and brochure were top-notch. Genaro did an excellent job helping me sell my waterfront lot. He procured a cash buyer within days and we closed very quickly. We got full asking price and a smooth transaction. I live in Canada and helped take care of everything I wasn't able to do.
