Tim was absolutely fantastic to work with and played a huge role in helping us find a house we absolutely love. Throughout the entire process, Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely looking out for our best interests. He probably saved us from ourselves, and definitely saved our wallets, more than once when we started getting excited about houses that would have needed way more work (and money) than we realized. One of the things we appreciated most was how much we learned from him along the way. Whether it was estimating the cost of repairs we didn’t even realize a house might need, pointing out things we should watch for during a showing, or helping us understand what a house might realistically require after we moved in, his knowledge and experience were invaluable. We looked at everything from houses that needed a ton of work to brand-new construction, and Tim never pressured us toward any particular house just to get a deal done. He was an advocate for us throughout the entire process and wanted to make sure we ended up with a home that was actually right for us. He was always quick to respond, easy to talk to, and willing to answer every question we threw at him (sorry, Tim). His knowledge and experience were crucial to our home search, and we couldn't be happier with where we ended up. We will recommend Tim without hesitation to friends, family, or anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Having someone in your corner who knows houses, understands the market, and genuinely cares about getting you into the right home makes a huge difference.
