•Kathy did a tremendous job getting my house ready for sale. By the time she and her team finished staging and photographing it the house looked so great I had second thoughts about selling it. She was well prepared with comps to come up with a price and have those available for prospective buyers. I had several offers within weeks of the listing. After I had a buyer Kathy was diligent and aggressive in problem solving to close the deal and do it timely. She has a vast network of people in the industry that a buyer or seller will need to sell/buy a property. If you need something done, she’s got a guy. I have used her for my last 3 purchases/sales.
