•Shannon was great to work with, she is very timely, proactive, and knowledgeable. I was selling my house while at the same time moving out of state, and Shannon coordinated everything for me to be able to handle my side of things remotely. She was able to move the process along very quickly and explained every step of the way, making it a comfortable process as a first time seller. I was able to accept a great offer with the help of Shannon's recommendations and negotiations - I highly recommend working with her!
My daughter was selling her home and I was there to help prepare the house and support the process. Shannon was referred to us by another realtor, and was such a blessing! We were on a tight timeframe and within minutes of our first contact, she emailed us 4 optional timeframes including taking professional pictures, listing the Go-live dates, and open house dates. We then all spoke on the phone when she explained the entire process very clearly. Her communication was exceptional, updating us almost minute by minute when necessary, and returning phone calls immediately. She had the difficult task of communicating with both myself and my daughter depending on the situation, but she balanced that task with ease and professionalism. She was acutely aware of her boundaries, at times sending us both emails and at other appropriate times communicating only with my daughter. She was warm and welcoming making us both feel very comfortable, and shared her ideas and opinions appropriately pointing out pros and cons or sharing supportive information to help with any decisions. When the time came to choose between the offers she had drawn out a helpful comparative diagram of all the offers and their details which was very helpful having it down together and emailing it to us. Previously she had vetted each potential offer, financially confirming their resources, which helped with the final decision. She went above and beyond in all areas! Shannon was also very comfortable with communicating with the potential buyer's Realtors and working through a somewhat difficult negotiation. She definitely had my daughter's best interest at heart!! She guided her throughout, never more than a phone call away. It was all so reassuring and ultimately very rewarding. Shannon is extraordinary! We were definitely blessed to have found her!
