Purchasing a home in Arizona while we were still residing in Washington state definitely had it's challenges. Shannon was an enormous help and made things much less stressful - from sending listings our way that matched or criteria, meeting up with us and driving us all over the place to check out listings for the short time we were in town, tackling several issues that came up when it came time to putting an offer on a house, fielding phone call after phone call from us... she was so patient and so helpful. It was also a nice bonus having someone who also does work in Washington to give us the head's up of what's different or normal here in Arizona as opposed to Washington.
