I could not possible have been more satisfied...

I could not possible have been more satisfied with Trevor’s enthusiasm, skills and personal attention to every single detail. Given that this was my first Cape Cod real estate transaction it was also my first time working with Trevor. Although I have worked with many residential and commercial realtors over the years none have ever come close to making me feel that my best interests were always first and foremost as Trevor did. I had environmental concerns and unease regarding potential beach erosion. Trevor went above and beyond researching answers to my questions. He contacted town officials, environmental engineers, local experts and residents. He made available copies of state and town documents, both pro and con. He brought an independent local salt marsh expert on-site to address my concerns. He was extremely honest and forthcoming with all information relevant to my concerns. When I was ready to give my best and final offer he convinced me the offer was still a little too high and subsequently I was successful purchasing the property at a more favorable price. In doing so Trevor was thereby sacrificing a higher fee for himself. That alone speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to his clients. Trevor sat through the closing with me and continued to follow up on any minutia that was required long after the transaction was consummated. I will insist my friends, family and colleagues contact Trevor before they embark on any Cape realty search. He is by far the BEST!!!
