•Can’t say enough about what a great job Richard did for us. He was knowledgeable about the comps and current market, made great suggestions on cost efficient improvements, and managed all of the improvements and staging with a great team of vendors all while we were out of state. Richard communicated with us every step of the way and was very responsive when we had questions. He is also calm, caring and a pleasure to work with. In the end our house sold quickly, well above the asking price, and at a higher price than similar comp homes. We could not have had a better experience!
