I contacted Catherine and Karen as fellow Windermere agents to assist in selling my father's home. As both my sister and I are from out of town, they offered assistance with everything from donations, to coordinating the cleaning and staging. It was very reassuring that we were in good hands. I am generally not one for writing many reviews, but after working with Catherine, others need to know how wonderful she. Working with Catherine made selling our house easy!!! She knew everything we asked, or found out the answers in a very timely matter. She was very patient if we needed to ask the same thing a few times! She took care of scheduling everything that needed to be done, and would do it herself if needed! Her professionalism and confidence made us feel so at ease with a process that can be overwhelming, to say the least. She knows the home prices and how best to market and price your home. There was not much for us to do, and the sale went so smoothly. We had already relocated to the east coast by the time our house went on the market and sold. She took care of everything to complete the sale with us already being out of state. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Complete professionalism along with a personal touch, and much much more. Catherine put up her own money for some expenses. waited over a year for the sale. It was a very complicated trust sell, and Catherine was the calmest and was always the most showing patience adult in the room! Catherine know the area and the market better than anyone else, I am sure. People walking by, the home is on the water abutting a walking path, all knew her: she had either sold the home they were in or had helped out in some other way. Highly recommend!
