Right from the start Theresa was a pleasure to work with, she conveyed a positive and meaningful approach for selling our family home and her vision aligned very well with our expectations. She quickly provided comparable home sales in the area and helped us understand what we could reasonable expect to list and sell or home for. She had great insight into what work needed to be done to effectively present our home for sale while keeping the reno expense to a minimum. Any time we had questions or our stress level would rise, Theresa would calmly answer our questions or quickly get us answers while maintaining a pleasant, professional demeanor, she truly seemed un-flappable! All of Theresa's insights and recommendations proved to be spot on... we ended up listing the house above our initial thoughts on asking price, only to sell it well above that in less than a week. Theresa really knew the market, how best to position our house for sale, ran a great open house and then helped us decide on the best offer, all in 5-6 days. All I can say is...Truly Amazing, cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work on our behalf! While I have no plans to buy or sell my home, knowing Theresa is out there to help if we ever had to... certainly makes the idea bearable!
Smooth and easy
Terry was great! Selling our family home after our Dad passed was very difficult. Terry knew what we needed to do before listing without over doing. She took care of all the inspections and dealt with the Township. She handled all the details and made everything so less stressful. We highly recommend her!
