She had great insight into what work needed to be done to effectively present our home for sale while keeping the reno expense to a minimum. Any time we had questions or our stress level would rise, Theresa would calmly answer our questions or quickly get us answers while maintaining a pleasant, professional demeanor, she truly seemed un-flappable! All of Theresa's insights and recommendations proved to be spot on... we ended up listing the house above our initial thoughts on asking price, only to sell it well above that in less than a week.
