•We were looking for a new waterfront home in a market we knew little about. After stumbling upon one of Greg's videos online, and realizing he specialized in 'fishing homes' we reached out. He and Val were generous with their time, understanding of our needs, and honest in their evaluations of potential areas. Upon learning I wished to buy a boat and get into inshore fishing, he said he would absolutely take me to see the property by boat. A big plus. He knows the area and steered us towards a community that suited us to a T. Helpful to have a native of the area on your side.
We recently retired and are from Ft. Lauderdale and decided that we wanted to move to the west coast of Florida to fish and live in a calmer area. The nature and the gulf are just fabulous. Bob wanted to become a great fisherman and I wanted to garden. We accidentally found Gulf Homes Fishing Coast Realty online and sent a request for views of "fishing" homes! Then COVID happened. So our connection with Gregg became watching his educational videos he did weekly about locations and increasing values of the area. After several weeks of lockdown, we drove over and met Greg and his wife Val!!! The both of them are quite a team. Greg is forthright and taught us about each property we looked at. Val taught us the monetary positions. He was a great negotiator. After we found "our" place, they both took us step by step to complete the purchase. On closing day, there were some issues with the seller. Greg stepped up and took care of the issues within the crisis hour and took care of it impressively. If you want to have a home on the water, he will explain each type of waterfront property and you then will understand which is best for you! We are so happy that we found Greg and Val!
