To Whom it may concern. The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order, surpassing all else, or others. Supreme. I define it as Tim and Phon Macy. As Realtors, as investors, as a family, and as friends, they are of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme. As a first time home buyer, Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the home buying process. There is no ceiling for what he won’t do for you (at least, we never found the ceiling). He made sure we found the perfect house, in the right location for the right price. When we did, he made sure everything was inspected and up to par. He always had or found the answers to ANY questions we had. Phon is nothing short of amazing, too. I see them as equals. She handled the scheduling side of things and was always on top of it. (she’s also a PHON-ominal photographer!!) I was excited to go look at houses, mainly because I got to spend time with these awesome people. They made it FUN. Tim and his family should be the only family you consider for your home-buying experience.

We stumbled upon the Macy’s via social media. Tim is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. They are very well connected which is awesome especially if you are new to the state . They got us a home within a month (with a pool). Then there’s the trust aspect. We felt at ease with them- didn’t have to worry about a salesman who would take advantage of us . They are honest , hard working , responsive, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend them to anyone especially if you are out of state, having someone like Tim and Phon is the smartest thing you can do.

Best agent in the San Antonio area that I know personally. We were living in Italy and getting ready to retire from the military and wanted to have the house in transition. Long story short, bought it sight unseen let his crew inspect it and review it. Could not be happier. And one little tidbit. We were late for the signing and had no place for 2 nights, he helped us out in a huge way. One year later no issues with house, and just like he said the area is growing and becoming it's own little city. Couldn't have happened without you. Thanks Tim!!!

Our family was moving from Houston to San Antonio and unfortunately did not have resources locally to help us navigate through this. Tim and Phon were referred to us by a realtor friend in Houston and the process could not have gone any smoother. As you can imagine, we were a little skeptical about searching for a house and navigating the transaction while in another city but Tim and Phon made the entire experience seamless. They listened to our family needs and thoroughly vetted properties to ensure they checked all the boxes for us. They did such a great job we ended up finding a house a few months ahead of schedule. Tim is one of the most exceptional realtors and person that I know. He has a client-first mindset but provides honest and realistic judgments and expectations for every step of the process. Tim and Phon helped me buy and sell our first home in Texas and made the process exceptionally smooth.
