•I relocated from Indiana to Florida. The market was slim and moving very fast, Bill provided excellent updates on properties coming available based on my must haves. We even did one Facetime walk through on a potential home, it's a scary thought to make an unseen offer. I trusted Bill if that was what I would have to do, we would. On my second visit to the area I wasn't leaving without a home! Once the offer was made and accepted Bill handled everything in Florida for me, as I was still in Indiana. I could not have asked for a better realtor, I highly recommend Bill Richey!
Leann knows the market exceptionally well and was able to advise us the plan to market and sell the house. She’s a great communicator, always available for questions. BTW she sold the property in one day, prior to the open house.
