•When I finally decided to sell my house I knew exactly what I wanted to get for it I had met with other realtors before but it wan't the the right fit. When meeting Roberto, and after he explained his 'strategy' I knew I had found the right realtor. He generated a huge interest and at the "Open House" we had several good offers right away. To make a long story short, the houses was under contract shortly there after and sold for more than I had expected and hoped for. Listing in Jan 18, Open House in Feb 18, a few days later under contract, and in April 18 we closed. If you are serious about selling talk to Roberto!
