After an extensive on-line search, I reached out to Monica because at first I was impressed by her genuine smile. We scheduled a meeting and became instant friends. I immediately knew and felt she would be my agent, and that she would always sincerely look out for my best interests. As a person who is prone to "nerves", especially when considering a major purchase, I embarked on this process with a hefty amount of fear and trepidation. Monica provided the perfect, calming fit I so desperately needed. On a daily basis, she sent listings which met my buying preferences. We then had such fun looking at properties, and she always took time to discuss the pros and cons of each home with me. I never felt pressured to buy; Monica was consistently professional, so very helpful, extremely empathic, and never abrasive, pushy, or condescending. When things got serious, and as we moved toward purchase, Monica walked me through the mysterious process every step of the way. Her expert training in the field resulted in an amazing ability to answer all questions, and if she couldn't, she would get an answer from a fellow professional immediately. Monica went above and beyond her duties on several occasions: contacted my banker with specific questions, helped with moving concerns and logistics, attended the closing, bought pizza for my volunteer movers, and hired a handyman at her expense to go through the house and fix things. She even attended a performance of a musical I was directing! Of great importance, her follow-up has been so impressive.
