Katie is a phenomenal realtor. She helped us purchase our first home this year and previously assisted us in finding a wonderful rental. Buying a home seemed intimidating, but Katie made the process very easy and guided us every step of the way. She is incredibly responsive, honest, and knows what it takes to get the deal done (especially in multi-offer situations). She is truly an expert in her field. Karen was able to sell my College Park, Orlando home for WELL over asking price. The house was great and I knew it would have no problem selling - but before it went on the market, I told her my two goals were to hit a certain price point and to have a little bit of a bidding war for it. She heard me and within three days of it being on the market, I had multiple, solid cash offers. It was all smooth sailing from there. Karen even stopped by on moving day to see how she could help. I went into this transaction with full confidence because it wasn't my first time working with Karen. She found my first purchase in Orlando - a beautiful townhouse that later became rental property. She led the way on another purchase down the street and helped me get the house for well UNDER asking. Karen also made purchasing a really wild investment triplex really easy and was my realtor for a lakefront investment condo purchase as well. Fast forward a few years later, Karen sold all of these properties as I made my move out of Orlando. All of the deals worked out to my advantage and moved forward without a hitch. Karen is absolutely the best. She's knowledgable, she's loyal, she's honest and she will always fight for her client. She knows how to work with people and work people to always make a deal attractive to both sides.
