•We were just getting familiarized with the bay area housing market, by going for a couple of open houses. As we finished our second open house visit (we didn't have any agents for us then), Lakshman introduced himself and offered to help us find a home. After a couple of hours of exchanging our own views about the local housing market, Lakshman took us for 3 open house tours in East and South bay. Based on his and Gowthami's expertise on the local market, with our needs, we zeroed in on 6 houses. Gowthami took it from there in coming up a very fair appraisals on those 6 houses. We worked with Lakshman and Gowthami to start writing offers with the best of information that we have our disposal. Within 2 weeks, we got the home that we liked very much! Gowthami then followed through with the title company and listing agent to finish off the entire closing process without any glitch. We would highly recommend Lakshman and Gowthami to any home buyer (especially first time buyers), as they guide you through every step of the way. P.S: It is really efficient to have a good understanding of overall housing market and how competitive the local market is, before arming yourself with your buying agent.
