We were just getting familiarized with the bay area housing market, by going for a couple of open houses. As we finished our second open house visit (we didn't have any agents for us then), Lakshman introduced himself and offered to help us find a home. We worked with Lakshman and Gowthami to start writing offers with the best of information that we have our disposal. Within 2 weeks, we got the home that we liked very much! Gowthami then followed through with the title company and listing agent to finish off the entire closing process without any glitch. P.S: It is really efficient to have a good understanding of overall housing market and how competitive the local market is, before arming yourself with your buying agent.
