•It is difficult for a foreign born naturalized US citizen to fully understand the nature and intricacies of the laws and regulations of the US; moreover, when it comes to real property investing. For years I tried buying investment properties but due to my lack of knowledge I hesitated to embark on such an enterprise. I tried using different agencies and Realtor but was never satisfied and didn't felt the confidence and assurance to proceed with the business. After years attempting to start I was lucky enough to stumble upon Anny Ortiz. For the first time in so many attempts I felt that I was starting to really understand what I was getting into and on the way attaining the confidence I needed to feel comfortable with the way I was going to invest my money. Now that I was able to purchase my first investment property I feel confident enough to start thinking in expanding my investments. I owe all this to Anny Ortiz because her knowledge, patience and hard work lead me to learn, grow and acquire the confidence I needed to purchase investment properties.
