It is difficult for a foreign born naturalized US citizen to fully understand the nature and intricacies of the laws and regulations of the US; moreover, when it comes to real property investing. For years I tried buying investment properties but due to my lack of knowledge I hesitated to embark on such an enterprise. I tried using different agencies and Realtor but was never satisfied and didn't felt the confidence and assurance to proceed with the business.
