Eric was recommended by a friend and we could not have found a better agent. Eric was extremely patient with our protracted search as we considered older homes, newer homes, construction, and a number of different neighborhoods. Eric always made himself available and did so quickly. When it came time to buy a home, he was instrumental in ensuring our offer was successful in a competitive multiple-bid situation. He helped us negotiate some concessions from the buyer for needed repairs, and dealt with a number of logistical challenges leading up to closing. Eric and his staff have continued to be great resources for referrals for everything ranging from repair people to an attorney. Eric is the best!

I met Eric when I transfered from Miami to...

I met Eric when I transfered from Miami to Austin. I gave Eric a list of what I was looking for in a very specific area of the Lake Travis School district. He kept me up to date on all of the homes that were on the market in my budget and was always there when I needed him. Just an outstanding person and realtor.

Eric and his team are among the best in this...

Eric and his team are among the best in this nation! We had a very short window to buy a house in Austin, and Eric literally made himself available to us on short notice. Once we put an offer on the house, Eric's team made sure that it was a smooth and fair transition. I would recommend Eric to anyone in Austin.
