Eric was recommended by a friend and we could not have found a better agent. Eric was extremely patient with our protracted search as we considered older homes, newer homes, construction, and a number of different neighborhoods. Eric always made himself available and did so quickly. When it came time to buy a home, he was instrumental in ensuring our offer was successful in a competitive multiple-bid situation. He helped us negotiate some concessions from the buyer for needed repairs, and dealt with a number of logistical challenges leading up to closing.
