•We first became acquainted with Shirley and Tom through their youtube video reviewing Bargrove Estates. Prior to working with them, we were doing our own search on properties and developments because we felt we were getting poor attention and effort from our current agent. We quickly realized that Shirley and Tom provide the level of service that buyers (even out of staters) deserve and need. Since we were looking to build a home in a particular development, the process was slow but they kept constant communication with us and the property sales manager for updates. When an opportunity to purchase a completed home in that development arose, they immediately went into action. They took extraordinary steps during this period of time to make sure we were comfortable on making an offer while out of state. They made sure the seller saw our offer first and we had a signed contract within 48 hours of discussing the property. Their knowledge, attentiveness and genuine care throughout the process was above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Shirley and Tom’s services.
