•Where to begin? We met Jim through a church connection a few years back. We had moved before and used another realtor for those "buy/sell" transactions. One thing we told Jim from the get go was that a personal touch makes a huge difference for us. If we wanted to look at homes, we worked with Jim. If we had questions, we talked to Jim. That's huge. Our trust is in our realtor and while he has a team working with him, Jim is our "person." Jim would go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our move. He made sure that he was available any time he could be for us. He understood our schedules and worked with us. He even fought to get our offers accepted on each home. He would spend as much time as needed to make sure we were happy. Jim's customer service is above and beyond. He created a very trustworthy, Christ centered relationship. Which was also important to us. Even when we didn't feel comfortable with something, he would help us understand our decisions and respect each decision we made. By far, one of the most dedicated, knowledgeable, passionate, professional and trustworthy realtor in the industry.
