Experienced agent!

I'm so glad that Wendy encouraged us to look at this house because it's now our forever home! It had everything we wanted on our check list. I thought that something was wrong with this house because it was on the market for awhile. When we looked at it other people showed up to look at it too before we were even out of the driveway. During this time the market moved very quickly and homes didn't sit long. We had already decided that this was the one and went right to the office to send in an offer. Wendy helped us put together a solid offer and checked what the other houses in the area sold for to give us more backing on our price. She also worked with the selling agent in regards to the negotiations and followed up daily when needed. She supported us in regards to the items we needed to get fixed or have the price reduced. She was always on our side and never felt like we were alone in this new adventure. Wendy had already been standing buy us on previous houses that we had tried putting offers on and would be open to telling us when something didn't seem just right. Wendy has a lot of experience and this was an invaluable tool that we had on our side. Since the purchase of our forever home she has checked in with us to see how we are doing and adjusting to our new life. We have even reached out to her for some advice after the purchase regarding information on our neighborhood. I would definitely work with Wendy again!
