I'm so glad that Wendy encouraged us to look at this house because it's now our forever home! It had everything we wanted on our check list. I thought that something was wrong with this house because it was on the market for awhile. When we looked at it other people showed up to look at it too before we were even out of the driveway. During this time the market moved very quickly and homes didn't sit long. We had already decided that this was the one and went right to the office to send in an offer. Wendy helped us put together a solid offer and checked what the other houses in the area sold for to give us more backing on our price. She also worked with the selling agent in regards to the negotiations and followed up daily when needed. She supported us in regards to the items we needed to get fixed or have the price reduced. She was always on our side and never felt like we were alone in this new adventure. Wendy had already been standing buy us on previous houses that we had tried putting offers on and would be open to telling us when something didn't seem just right. Wendy has a lot of experience and this was an invaluable tool that we had on our side. Since the purchase of our forever home she has checked in with us to see how we are doing and adjusting to our new life. We have even reached out to her for some advice after the purchase regarding information on our neighborhood. I would definitely work with Wendy again!

Wendy is awesome! She was very patient with us as we got our home ready to be put on the market. She also helped us with staging ideas and tips. She listened to us as we gave her the history of our home and all the updates that we did and gave advise on the items we still had to finish so they would appeal to the most customers. She answered all our questions very quickly even while she was on her own personal time. Wendy is a great multi tasker, she handled everything with ease that we threw at her. She made an excellent presentation book about our home and pictures with tons of information for potential homebuyers interested. She also followed up with everyone that looked at our home to give us feedback. I never felt overwhelmed while we had Wendy on our side. She eased our fears and made this the easiest possible experience that we could have during such a stressful time. I would definitely choose Wendy again if we ever decided to sell and would recommend her to anyone.

People are good at what they love and Wendy's passion for real estate surely shows!! She's an around the clock agent, there for you at any hour of the day. She's very knowledgeable and all around has a super pleasant personality. I wish all realtors were like her!!

Our family has worked with Wendy for a number of years. She has been a great asset in getting our home rented, seasonally, every year, since 2013. Another company outside of Plymouth was the original realtor. They showed little concern for the local situation and treated us as just another client and (a low level one at that). Wendy was the opposite and just what we needed... local knowledge and hometown concern.
