•Kimone helped me purchase my condo in the spring of 2024. As a first-time buyer, and a clueless one at that, we talked through my absolute necessities, and what was negotiable during our initial conversation. Then we hit the ground running and looked at TONS of places. When I started to think that I was too picky, and I’d not find a place I loved that also checked all of the boxes, she gave me good pep talks. Mostly, she made the process a bit more fun than I’d expected!
Kimone is helping me to navigate the Orlando real estate a a first time home buyer. She is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market, and gives works with me to find the right fit. She also gave a lot of guidance for first time buyers and her recommended lender Tom was also very helpful with this.
