As a first-time buyer, and a clueless one at that, we talked through my absolute necessities, and what was negotiable during our initial conversation. Then we hit the ground running and looked at TONS of places. When I started to think that I was too picky, and I’d not find a place I loved that also checked all of the boxes, she gave me good pep talks.
