•"I moved to Santa Barbara for work and Dave Mires was an a amazing help when I was ready to purchase a home. After one short tour Dave knew exactlly what I was looking for. After a month of looking Dave found the perfect place and pushed me to come see it immediately before it was listed. Dave was able to close the deal before the house ever hit the public. Dave was amazing with all of the piles of paper work and closing the deal and even helping me find the perfect lender to fit my needs. Thanks Dave, so glad you were my realtor on this purchase!"
Dave went over and above to help us sell our home. From the early stages of the process, he was hands-on and took on a lot of responsibility in getting our home ready for sale. He was great to work with and always kept us calm as we moved through the process. Once our house went on the market, he focused on our home and very accommodating in scheduling showings around our schedule. He kept us very well informed of all the steps that lied ahead once we accepted an offer and went into escrow. Selling a home is a very stressful process, but working with Dave made the experience as stress-free as possible.
