"I moved to Santa Barbara for work and Dave Mires was an a amazing help when I was ready to purchase a home. After one short tour Dave knew exactlly what I was looking for. After a month of looking Dave found the perfect place and pushed me to come see it immediately before it was listed. Dave was able to close the deal before the house ever hit the public. Dave was amazing with all of the piles of paper work and closing the deal and even helping me find the perfect lender to fit my needs. Thanks Dave, so glad you were my realtor on this purchase!"
