•We needed to sell our home in Orcutt, California due to changes in our lives. After meeting with Jason and his team, we put together a strong marketing plan and worked quickly to get the home prepared for listing. Everything was in place and ready to go. Unfortunately, just as we went live on the market, the political climate shifted, new tariffs were introduced, layoffs began nationwide, and the real estate market changed almost overnight. Throughout this challenging period, Jason and his team worked tirelessly to reach out to potential buyers. They ran targeted ads across social media and YouTube, sent out thousands of postcards, and actively reached out to buyers. We received an initial offer that started off low, but Jason negotiated hard and got us to a price we were comfortable with. After a few minor repairs, the escrow process moved smoothly and closed quickly. We are incredibly grateful for Jason Francia and The Francia Team. Their hard work, professionalism, and commitment helped us navigate a tough market and successfully sell our home in Orcutt. We highly recommend them to anyone selling on the Central Coast
