First rate presentation of the property and strong negotiating skills.

Lane and Tracy did a great job of marketing brochure and being realistic as to the current market. If the first buyer had not bailed, the sale would have been above expectations. The changing market, saw a lower sales price. that said, Lane and Tracy did a great job of negotiating a higher price than offered. Highly recommend them. Did a grat job of helping us prep the house for sale.
