•Kendall worked with us over a period of six months to find our perfect home in Capitol Hill. She is knowledgeable in the DC marketplace and helped us understand the complex and competitive nature of buying a home here. She tirelessly showed us dozens of homes and gave us her honest opinion. When we found the one we wanted, Kendall assembled an amazing team to quickly and efficiently finish the process. We'd highly recommend Kendall to family and friends who wanted to move to the area!
Kendall was fantastic from the initial discussion of home ownership through and beyond the closing. Kendall was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. She remained calm at points when I was not necessarily calm. She made sure that the lenders and the sellers agent had everything they needed, in a timely manner. She recommended an inspector, a painter, a handyman and negotiated the best rates for each. This process would have been significantly impaired without Kendall.
