Kendall was fantastic from the initial discussion of home ownership through and beyond the closing. Kendall was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. She remained calm at points when I was not necessarily calm. She made sure that the lenders and the sellers agent had everything they needed, in a timely manner. She recommended an inspector, a painter, a handyman and negotiated the best rates for each. This process would have been significantly impaired without Kendall.
