•Nikita went out of her way to do everything possible to make my experience a great one. I highly recommend her. She is professional, follows through on everything and went above and beyond for me, even after the closing. She was with me every step of the way explaining each step of the process.
Where do I begin. Annette is the kind of realtor you want taking care of your purchase or sale. She is knowledgeable, patient & she's a problem solver. Yes, she's a realtor by trade, but Annette is so much more. She is amazing at guessing the buyer's or seller's next move before it happens. She's easily accessible & her many years of experience is evident in all aspects of her work. She's spot on with her appraisals & she is great at advising her clients what needs to be done, to sell a property or what to look for, when buying a property. I would recommend Annette Machado, in a heartbeat.
