Prestige Waterfront Realty helped the reviewer sell this property

Buying or selling a property can be a stressful time. Not the case when working with Annette !

Where do I begin. Annette is the kind of realtor you want taking care of your purchase or sale. She is knowledgeable, patient & she's a problem solver. Yes, she's a realtor by trade, but Annette is so much more. She is amazing at guessing the buyer's or seller's next move before it happens. She's easily accessible & her many years of experience is evident in all aspects of her work. She's spot on with her appraisals & she is great at advising her clients what needs to be done, to sell a property or what to look for, when buying a property. I would recommend Annette Machado, in a heartbeat.
