•We have been talking about getting a place by the beach as long as I can remember. Not only did it seem like a pipedream, but we never spent enough time at any beach to really know what it felt like to "live" there or be there for an extended basis. So we decided that we needed to find someone who could "get us" in order to help us get what we want. Rachel Hutchings from BHH not only got us, but she was a real partner, working to find not only what met our criteria but then bringing her own insights to the options available. Rachel was frank, fair and REAL, never wanting to influence our decision but making sure we had as much information as possible to make the best decision for us. As we moved through purchase agreement, lender due diligence, closing prep and closing, Rachel remained engaged and drove coordination as best she could to ensure we closed on time and without delays. So grateful Rachel was our agent that helped us realize a dream and even better that in the process we gained a friendship that we will enjoy as practical neighbors. Thanks Rachel and team BHH, you're the best!! Rod & Jenny
