Wonderful and caring agent!

Vivian is a wonderful agent - she made sure that we found a house that worked for what we needed! Throughout the process, she was very thorough and thoughtful and asked questions we didn't even think about! She made sure that we felt comfortable with each step and was wonderful at communicating with us as well as the other team members (realtors, inspectors, bank, lawyer, etc.). She went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed for a smooth transition, including allowing us to use her box truck and providing storage totes for us! She is extremely knowledgeable and also made sure that our girls were included in the process - she even made them coloring books out of the pictures of our old house so they could remember what it was like! IF we ever have to move again, we will definitely be calling her!
