•Lauren Conrad of The Kim Rock Group was a rockstar. I recently had to sell a house for a deceased relative's estate and Lauren went above and beyond. Listing and selling the house went smooth but it was after the agreement of sale was finalized that the nightmare began. Failed inspections, contractor repairs and IRS issues had me ready to give up, but Lauren made sure that everything was taken care of and the sale continued on until completion. I will forever be grateful to Lauren for her hard work. This is the second house I sold through The Kim Rock Group, so needless to say, I highly recommend that others do the same.
