•We met Michael early in our home search process at an open house. After interviewing several realtors, we chose Michael to represent us and could not have made a better decision. He did an excellent job presenting our home. The pictures of our home were fabulous. He also included a 3D tour and blueprint of the house. We realized the value of these tools when we were searching for our new home and were frustrated by the lack of full information on other listings. Michael also was a godsend in our search for our new home, tirelessly taking us to showings and previewing homes for us. After we chose a house, Michael was an excellent negotiator for us. When, during the option period, a crisis arose about the condition of the roof, we were out of the country! Michael took care of the problem and successfully negotiated for the seller to replace the roof prior to the closing. We would enthusiastically recommend Michael to anyone buying or selling a home in the Houston area.
