Michael exceeded our expections both in the selling of our home and the buying of our new hone. The pictures of our home were fabulous and he included a 3d tour and blue print of the house. As we searched for our home, we were disappointed when those tools were not available to help us see the house. Michael also educated us on the process and made sure we had the knowledge to get through it successfully. When a serious roof issue arose during the option period while we were out of the country, Muchael handled the crisis and successfully negotiated for the seller to replace the roof prior to the closing. He is an excellent negotiator. We recommend him to everyone buying or selling their home.
