Prior to having Nicole as my realtor, I was looking for my future home for months and every time I found a house I liked, it would slip out of my hands and I would once again be on the look for a home. With her, all it took was telling her how many rooms, bathrooms, where and price range I was looking for and in less than two weeks she found me a home that I fell in love with. Then to make things more amazing, from seeing the house to closing, it took less than a month. In all, from start to finish, the whole process took less than two months to get me from looking for a home, to being a brand new home owner. If you want your dreams turned to reality, Nicole will do everything in her power to make them come true. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. From the very begining, Bibiana took me down the right path of this emotional roller coster of a ride to be a new home owner. I have been looking for a house for months, and whenever I thought I had found my future home, it would slip out my grasp and I would be in the emotional slums once again. With her, I literally found, signed, and moved into my new home in LESS THAN 2 MONTHS! Now mind you, I am a very picky person. Esspecially if I have never owned a house before, so my standards were high. Her professionalism, experience, knowledge, and attitude went above and beyond completely from what my expections were. Any questions I had, answered, day or night, on the spot or within a resonable time. With her, I also barely noticed the book load of paperwork that it takes to be a home owner. She is a go getter, plain and simple. You have a goal, she will do whatever in her power to make sure you achieve it. Take it from me, a brand new home owner, thanks to her.
