•I am an experienced Realtor, now retired. Vincent Arzate and his team at eXp did a really good job, resulting in an "on time" close of escrow, at a beneficial price to me. They negotiated hard to bring the buyer up to a price I could accept I felt they had my best interests as their top priority. The eXp process is very different than the "old school" way I conducted my real estate career - and I admit I was skeptical. The team followed thru with everything they said they would do to assist getting the property ready to show. They provided excellent marketing materials, and are completely competent with all things "tech", which I appreciated. During the escrow process they gave good advise, solved numerous issues that came up (like how to respond to the repair requests from the buyers after the home inspection). Their list of competent repair people and companies was very useful to me because the house was a rental for 22 years. They actually negotiated some very fair prices for the required repairs. Also, they had to keep my tenant cooperative with showings and open houses. And deal with the HOA guard gate to let potential buyers in. This should have been easy, but it wasn't. I rate Vincent and his team with a TEN on all matters from the first contact to the telephone call saying the deal was recorded. Then they actually put some heavy flower pots in their car and took them to the tenant. Amazing.
