•My house sale had already been "arranged" with a family member buyer but was contingent on some specific requirements on both our parts. I asked Doug if he was willing to work with me (and, ultimatelyu with "us" to bring about a satisfactory outcome for both parties. He pursued our requests -- even though they were not within "usual" house sale parameters -- and gave excellent counsel and advice to me throughout the process, even arranging for legal advice when he felt it might clarify some of my questions. He was clear in his explanations and worked in a timely manner, even though the buyer lived out of the area and timing was occasionally "tight." I very much appreciate his professionalism, his positive attitude, and his thoroughness is presenting pros and cons when our requests were "out of the ordinary." Ultimately, both seller and buyer were well satisfied with the process.
