•If you are looking to purchase any fine property in the state of Arizona, you need an advocate; you need Karen Grobman. I was referred by my parents who had a tremendous experience with Karen. She was worth all the hype. Karen is always communicative, on time, and expertly prepared. I forgot until writing this review that she even went on vacation for about a week during our process. I forgot because she made sure nothing in the sale or purchase of our home skipped a beat. The top reason you should hire Karen is her negotiation skills. We owned our home for just shy of 2 years. We ended up (in a buyer's market mind you) NETTING more than 12% above what we purchased the home for. Karen's secret was diligent research to build a compelling case for the sales price of our home. This was also the case when we were buying a new home. Karen never pressured us and held a united front with us towards the buyers. She was our advocate who ended up getting our new home 6% below asking. I cant recommend working with Karen enough. This is the value of a true professional Realator.
