We ended up (in a buyer's market mind you) NETTING more than 12% above what we purchased the home for. Karen's secret was diligent research to build a compelling case for the sales price of our home. This was also the case when we were buying a new home. Karen never pressured us and held a united front with us towards the buyers. She was our advocate who ended up getting our new home 6% below asking. I cant recommend working with Karen enough. This is the value of a true professional Realator.
